We are seeking BOND daughters and mothers interested in completing a 20 minute survey. Participants must be either new BOND participants or participants who have completed at least 4 sessions of BOND.

In this study, we are asking that you complete a series of brief questionnaires asking about your opinions and experiences with BOND.

Participants who complete surveys will be eligible to receive a $25 gift card. Only new or actual BOND participants are eligible for this money.

Once our team receives your parental permission form indicating they consent to have you participate in our study, you will be emailed with a link to our survey. The survey includes an assent form that you – the daughter – will also need to agree to before you can participate in our study. Although we are partnering with the founder of BOND (Ms. Ateira Griffin) to recruit participants for this research, our research team operates independently from and is not directly affiliated with BOND. Therefore, whether you participate in this study or not will not impact your participation in or treatment within BOND. All information obtained from surveys will be kept strictly confidential. No names or other personal information will be kept in study notes. Your email address will be used to send you a gift card code, and that email address will be securely stored in a location that is only accessible by study staff members.
